Shipping & Delivery
Orders will generally ship within 2 business days during peak season. If for some reason an item is backordered unexpectedly we will notify you via email with the option to wait for the backorder or cancel your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number the day that your order ships.
Returns & Replacements
Patio-Parts.com accepts returns on new resaleable products up to 45 days after your order date. Just mail the items back to us. Make sure to reference your order number and we will issue you a refund. (Shipping / Handling is not refundable.)

Viewing Orders
During checkout your will have an option to create a Patio-Parts.com Username and Password, if you do this you will be able to login and track the status of your order. If not then you should wait the 2 business days for the shipment notification to arrive in your inbox.
